Job Description
- Designing developing and customizing ServiceNow applications
- Collaborating with business users to understand their requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs
- Integrating ServiceNow with other systems and applications
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Implement and manage Service Level Objectives (SLO) within the ServiceNow platform.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications.
- Ensure best practices and standards are followed in the development process.
- Creating reports and dashboards to track performance and user satisfaction
Qualifications :
Bachelors / Masters degree in Computer Science / Information Technology.
