Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the forecasting planning scheduling and workflow processes.
Collaborate daily with operations procurement and logistics to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Review order quantities and confirm inventory needs 13 weeks in advance by communicating the production schedule for each product.
Analyze current and future material levels and finished goods inventory to plan production schedules for 216 weeks out.
Communicate with procurement on material needs.
Set targets for master production planning material requirements planning and production scheduling metrics.
Coordinate inventory levels relative to manufacturing capacity and capability; compile and schedule orders to ensure optimal production levels.
Assist production management in directing and managing assembly operations to prioritize production and ensure timely and costeffective completion.
Oversee and enhance SOPs for capturing granular details in the current inventory process.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Minimum of two years of manufacturing experience in a productionrelated field.
Experience with SAP ERP system or equivalent ERP systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (MS Excel MS Project Smartsheet).
