Job Description
ServiceNow is one of our strategic platforms in Statkraft. Our goal is to enable digital transformation within our organization which will allow us to provide our customers and users with personalized and seamless experiences optimize our operations streamline our internal processes and ultimately drive growth and profitability in compliance with country specific laws and regulations.
The core platform team is responsible for the daytoday development management and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform. This team provides overall strategic direction ongoing administration and extends ServiceNow as a strategic platform across the business.
The ServiceNow department currently counts 30 employees and is organized as a productoriented team. We are now looking for a ServiceNow Solution Architect to join us! As one of our ServiceNow Solution Architects you will contribute as a technical leader responsible for the overall solution design mapping of customer requirements and ensuring a smooth service delivery.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Support and collaborate with the Platform Architects and Product Managers assessing current state processes and tools
- Identify ServiceNow platform solution options define ServiceNow solution requirements determine and define integration requirements and develop implementation plans
- Lead and deliver requirements scoping and design workshops and ensuring requirements are well documented
- Provide expert level support and technical mentoring to implementation team
- Maintain deep comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNows capabilities and constraints
- Deliver handson configuration development and integration services when needed
- Contribute in all phases of testing and test acceptance
- Contribute to business case material to customer stakeholders
- Create and deliver tailored presentations and product demonstrations
- Scope and deliver Proof of Concept / Proof of Value engagements with prospects

Your profile:
- Solid technical background
- Solid experience with ServiceNow solution development and architecture minimum 4 years
- Experience with understanding/supporting business processes and managing both business and technical requirements
- Experience from Agile way of work will be considered a plus
- Good communicator verbally and written in Norwegian and English
