Job Description
ServiceNow is one of our strategic platforms in Statkraft. Our goal is to enable digital transformation within our organization which will allow us to provide our customers and users with personalized and seamless experiences optimize our operations streamline our internal processes and ultimately drive growth and profitability in compliance with country specific laws and regulations.
The core platform team is responsible for the daytoday development management and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform. This team provides overall strategic direction ongoing administration and extends ServiceNow as a strategic platform across the business.
The ServiceNow department currently counts 30 employees and is organized as a productoriented team. We are now strengthening the team with an internal Platform Architect to prepare for further growth. As a Platform Architect you will be the Platform Owners copilot and technical leader with the responsibility of the overall platform architecture and governance.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensure platform alignment with the business strategy
- Provide consultative technical leadership to the platform team
- Create and maintain a detailed view of the existing architecture
- Provide architectural controls to ensure the correct technical solutions are used when delivering business solutions
- Resolve technical escalations including responding to defects
- Participate in process workshops
- Collaborate closely with enterprise architecture team
- Assist in migrating configuration across instances
There is a great flexibility in the role which may be adjusted according to your profile skills and experiences. The role reports to the Head of ESM & ServiceNow.

Your profile:
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow minimum 5 years
- Proven experience with understanding/supporting business processes and managing both business and technical requirements
- Managing stakeholders on different hierarchical levels
- Agile way of work will be considered a plus
- Higher relevant education at a university level
- Good communicator verbally and written in Norwegian and/or English
