Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead and oversee the planning and delivery of rolling stock modification projects.
- Rolling Stock & Modifications: Manage projects to ensure safety efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
- Update Project Plans: Regularly update project schedules timelines and milestones to ensure smooth project .
- Resource & Materials Management: Oversee the procurement and allocation of materials and resources necessary for project completion.
- Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with clients vendors and internal teams to keep all stakeholders informed on project progress and any challenges.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve projectrelated issues in a timely and efficient manner to prevent delays.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Mechanical Bias: Strong background in mechanical systems with a focus on rolling stock.
- Project Planning & Coordination: Proven track record in updating and managing detailed project plans ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
- ProblemSolving: Ability to troubleshoot and find practical solutions to technical challenges.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate crossfunctional teams.
Qualifications :
- Experience in Rolling Stock.
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to rolling stock modifications.
