The Bank is seeking a qualified individual to join its team its IT Team as Operations Manager. The Operations Manager serves as the team leader and ITs primary point of contact for the banks suite of enterprise business applications with overall responsibility for those applications and their availability daily production support endofday processing and support of the endusers. Additionally the role will also have responsibility for IT Asset Management and ServiceNow which is our IT Operations platform. This challenging role requires a combination of strong management skills banking application knowledge strong analytic and problem solving skills technical acumen project management experience and excellent communication skills. This is a key and highly visible role with interaction across all levels and areas of the company.

Compensation:
The expected annual salary for this position is between $170000 $200000 at the start of employment. A salary offer is determined on an individualized basis taking into consideration factors such as an individuals skills and experience. In addition to base salary our total rewards package also includes eligibility for an annual bonus medical pharmacy dental and vision plans life and disability insurance employee wellness program retirement and savings plans with employer contributions generous holiday and paid time off schedules parental leave and tuition reimbursement.
