Astore is the international procurement organization of Accor supporting hotels and partner businesses in Europe with tailored purchasing and procurement solutions. To strengthen our team in Vienna we are looking for a motivated Business Development & Event Coordinator.
- Supporting benchmarking and market analysis particularly using Excel (e.g. price comparisons data analysis report creation/ presentations)
- Assisting with the planning organization and of trade fairs and events (managing invitations coordinating with customers and suppliers)
- General support for the business development procurement team in Europe including administrative and organizational tasks
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to optimize procurement processes
Qualifications :
- Completed studies in business administration supply chain management procurement or a related field
- Initial practical experience in procurement event management or business development is a plus
- Strong Excel skills and an affinity for numbers and data analysis
- Structured and independent way of working
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Mandatory fluency in German & English
- Can do attitude
