Job Description
AHRCNYCs Day Programs are seeking Parttime passionate and creative Music Specialist in All Five Boroughs to provide engaging musical experiences for neurodiverse adults. This role involves discovering and nurturing individual talents facilitating music appreciation leading singing and instrumental sessions and exploring performance opportunities.
Schedule: Monday Friday 10am2pm
Hourly Rate: $25...no benefits
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate interactive music sessions including singing instrument playing and music appreciation.
Discover and support individuals musical talents and interests.
Create inclusive music experiences by connecting with local music communities.
Organize and support potential performance opportunities.
Qualifications :
Experience in music education performance and playing a musical instrument.
Ability to work with neurodiverse adults in an inclusive setting.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Passion for fostering creativity and selfexpression through music.
