We are seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our patientcentric team that is focused on behavioral health services including crisis stabilization inpatient care and outpatient treatment for acute mental health and substance use disorders. Our mission is to decrease suicide rates reduce addictionrelated deaths and enhance the overall wellbeing of our community.

Oversee the nursing management team and ensure highquality patient care

Drive operational excellence by preparing reports and maintaining compliance
Champion a culture of collaboration safety and continuous improvement
Postgraduate degree in Nursing or a related field (or a plan to obtain one)
Current RN license in the state of Oregon Washington or a compact license
CPR & Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) preferred
Previous psychiatric or behavioral health experience preferred
Strong leadership background with expertise in patient assessments and treatment planning
