Job Description
We re looking for enthusiastic Clinical Fellows who are eager to dive into realworld pediatric speech therapy experiences in a homecare setting. This summer program provides a fantastic opportunity to gain handson experience and mentorship helping CFs prepare for their future roles in schoolbased settings.
As a CF in this program you ll have the chance to:
- Work oneonone with pediatric patients in homecare settings guided by a skilled and licensed SLP
- Expand your experience with a range of speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement personalized therapy plans a vital skill for those planning to work with students in schools
- Learn techniques for managing behavior and working with children in a less structured environment which can be easily transferred to school settings
- Build stronger partnerships with parents and caregivers gaining valuable experience in the IEP process

Qualifications:
- Currently a Clinical Fellow (CF) or a recent graduate of a Master s program in SpeechLanguage Pathology (graduates this year are encouraged to apply!
- Interested in building practical experience in pediatric speech therapy
- Eager to work in a schoolbased environment in the future
- Comfortable collaborating with families and working in homebased therapy settings
- Willing to learn and improve therapy techniques under the guidance of experienced mentors
Compensation: $60$75/HR (depending on location)
