Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Representative

Location: Remote (Ability to work within specified time zones as needed)

Work Schedule: Flexible based on employers needs typically Monday to Friday.

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive new business opportunities and expand our market reach. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator skilled at identifying potential clients initiating meaningful conversations and setting up highvalue meetings for the sales team. If you are passionate about sales market expansion and relationshipbuilding this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Research and identify potential clients through outbound calls emails and social outreach.

  • Prospecting & Qualification: Engage with decisionmakers qualify leads and assess their fit for our solutions.

  • Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and organize leads within CRM tools ensuring seamless followups and progression.

  • Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor market trends and provide insights to refine our sales approach.

  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and clients to facilitate onboarding and ensure a smooth handover to the sales team.

  • Strategic Partnerships: Identify and nurture partnerships with real estate agents referral partners and other industry players to expand business opportunities.

  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders fostering longterm business collaborations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.

  • Proven experience in sales business development or customerfacing roles.

  • Strong understanding of sales pipelines lead generation techniques and CRM tools (e.g. LeadSimple HubSpot).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong negotiation problemsolving and relationshipbuilding abilities.

  • Selfmotivated resultsdriven and able to thrive in a fastpaced remote environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and industryspecific tools (MLS Rentometer AppFolio etc.).

  • Ability to type at a speed of 75 WPM.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience in property management real estate or SaaS industries.

  • Fluency in Spanish (preferred but not required).

  • Familiarity with accountbased marketing strategies and sales engagement tools.

  • Sales training or certifications.

Only candidates who achieve an 80% or higher score on assessments will be considered.
