What Youll Do:
- Provide installation support for windows doors siding roofing and other home improvement projects.
- Ensure jobs are completed on time and meet PJ Fitzpatricks high standards of quality.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to homeowners.
- Travel between job sites in NJ PA and DE (must have relevant state business licenses).
- Adhere to all safety and compliance guidelines including lead safety for pre1978 homes (Lead Certified preferred).
Legal & Licensing Requirements:
- Certificate of Insurance (COI) with PJ Fitzpatrick LLC listed as an additional insured.
- General Liability Insurance with minimum coverage of $per occurrence and $aggregate.
- Workers Compensation Insurance or exemption sheet.
- Auto Insurance (if operating PJ Fitzpatrick vehicles) with minimum coverage equivalent to General Liability.
- State business licenses for all locations where work will be conducted (PA NJ DE).
