As a Field Service Representative you will safely provide commissioning and aftermarket support to a
diverse group of industrial and municipal customers primarily focused but not limited on our
ultrafiltration (UF) and membrane bioreactor (MBR) product line.
What you will be responsible for:
EH&S compliance
Review customer plant installations and compare against VEOLIA reference drawings (P&IDs
electrical schematics general arrangement etc..
Monitor equipment performance and operation
Conduct maintenance and calibration activities on various treatment plant instrumentation
Perform analytical testing such as: turbidity hardness chlorine pH CO2 SDI Fe in addition to
various other sitespecific testing requirements
Carry out mechanical electrical process and controls troubleshooting on equipment such as
valves air compressors ejectors pumps blowers instrumentation and automation hardware
Perform installation & maintenance activities on various UF membrane configurations
Provide customers with informal training around operation and maintenance of their system
Provide customers with detailed technical summaries of work performed during service visits
Support team on troubleshooting repairs and warranty issues resolution
Coordinates operation maintenance and repair activities to obtain optimum utilization of
machines and equipment
Evaluates field installations and recommends design modifications to eliminate machine or
system malfunctions
Technical training delivery when needed.
Site Surveys.
Direct communication with Project managers and Customers on site.
Sales support when needed.
Support for costing of contracts
Participating in the team meetings to share best practices
Qualifications :
What will you bring to the table:
High school technical diploma (electrical background preferred) and 2 years experience of
service/maintenance or equivalent in an industrial environment OR degree in environmental
engineer
Availability to travel 70 of the time across Italy
Working experience with PLC control systems PLC programming and troubleshooting is
preferred
Being based near international airports is preferable
Valid Drivers License
Demonstrated ability to work independently and remotely with project teams
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to meet all customer site requirements
