As our Year 5 Teacher you will:
Deliver Outstanding Lessons Create engaging and challenging learning experiences that develop critical thinking and a love for learning.
Raise Standards & Inspire Progress Use assessment effectively to track progress and ensure all pupils achieve their full potential.
Foster a Positive Classroom Environment Promote curiosity independence and resilience in pupils through creative and stimulating lessons.
Collaborate & Contribute Work as part of the KS2 team sharing best practices and contributing to wholeschool improvement.
Develop Key Stage 2 Learners Support pupils in preparing for their transition to Year 6 and beyond.
An Experienced KS2 Teacher Minimum of two years experience teaching in upper KS2 (Year 5 or Year 6.
A Passionate & Motivated Educator Committed to ensuring every child reaches their full potential.
A Strong Classroom Practitioner Skilled in behaviour management differentiation and adaptive teaching.
A Collaborative Team Player Able to contribute to a positive and supportive staff culture.
A Qualified Teacher (QTS) ECTs are not eligible for this role.
