Job Description
The nursing program is seeking a Clinical Instructor who is responsible for supervising and teaching nursing students in clinical settings helping them apply their theoretical knowledge to realworld patient care. This role involves working closely with students during their clinical rotations providing guidance and feedback and ensuring that students meet the competency standards required for safe effective nursing practice. The Clinical Instructor will collaborate with faculty healthcare professionals and students to ensure highquality clinical education and the development of nursing skills.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Nursing from a reputable university.
- Certified training in the specialization is an added value.
Experience :
- Minimum of 13 years of clinical nursing experience in general nursing.
- Previous experience in clinical teaching mentorship preferred but not required.
- Strong clinical background and knowledge of nursing best practices and patient care standards.
Skills :
- Ability to develop teaching design and mentoring.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in the use of dashboard computers and computing devices.
- Ability to provide academic leadership.
- Effective presentation skills.
- Effective administrative/ interpersonal skills.
