Job Description: Trainer and Career Mitra Manager
Location:Nagpur Maharashtra
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions for Career Mitras on the Kaaryam app and essential skills.
- Manage registration and onboarding of Career Mitras and work aspirants.
- Provide mentorship resolve issues and ensure adherence to program standards.
- Collaborate with the Center Manager to meet organizational goals.
- Address paymentrelated concerns within the microfranchise model.
Educational Qualification:
Any graduate; MSW preferred.
Candidate Requirements:
24 years of experience in training preferably in the education or vocational sector.
Willingness to travel extensively within project areas
Must be a local resident of Nagpur
Salary:per month incentives.
