Reporting to the Development Manager this role consists primarily of software testing and some application support functions.
Testing involves thorough end to end testing of the software; documentation and submission of issues identified; liaison with the Software Development team for issue management and retesting; risk assessment of issues; an opportunity to provide recommendations for the design of new features.
The support component includes reviewing and responding to bug submissions and other queries predominantly via email; documentation and submission of issues raised; remote support with customers as required.
