A Customer Care Specialists role is to protect the financial wellbeing of our clients customers and minimise fraud losses. Customer Care Specialists achieve this by providing exceptional customer service when interacting with our clients customers through inbound and outbound phone calls as well as ensuring all alerts and necessary escalations of potential fraud cases are completed in a timely manner.
