About the Role

Working as part of the Customer Care (Booking Agent) team, we are seeking a Customer Care Specialist (Booking Agent) to join our team located either in Ballarat or Geelong.

You will use your superstar customer service experience to provide patients with the best standard of booking services, dealing with appointment enquiries and scheduling. Ideally you have experience working in the medical or radiology industry, however we want to hear from you if have a genuine interest in a career in the medical/health industry.

What You'll Be Doing

• Answering Calls: Be the friendly, professional voice that patients and referrers hear.
• Scheduling: Use our state-of-the-art RIS system - Visage
• Maximising Efficiency: Keep things running smoothly by managing appointments.
• Referrals: Action patient referrals from multi-disciplinary teams
• Prepping Patients: Clear communication to patients informing them of preparation, costing estimates and other requirements.
• Collaborate: Liaise with technical and support staff regarding booking services.
• Full-Time: working Monday to Friday
