Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries related to orders sales pricing and general stock.
- Process customer quotes and orders including custom manufacturing and manage deliveries.
- Oversee inventory control stock allocation and interbranch stock transfers.
- Manage returns credits and work with the credit department on customer accounts.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Organise deliveries and logistics manage back orders and handle special delivery requirements.
- Address and resolve customer conflicts and complaints effectively.
- Adhere to company safety and environmental policies demonstrating safe work practices.
Qualifications :

- High level communication skills via phone or email correspondence.
- Data entry management is a must.
- Experience in facetoface customer service hospitality retail sales or logistics.
