Job Description
- Collaborate with a team to gather user requirements and manage vendors efficiently
- Perform functional technical and database design of business application system
- Ensure the system functionality and reliability through thorough testing
- Communicate with offshore development team and offer support to team members in addressing technical and programming issues
- Create comprehensive documentation for all developed systems
- Provide technical support and assistance to endusers addressing any system issues that arise
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address system integration requirements
Qualifications :
- Recognized bachelors degree or above in information technology or related disciplines with 6 years of relevant working experience
- Solid experience and knowledge in web application development is preferred with
backend technology (including Java/J2EE Spring Boot SQL PL/SQL)
frontend technology (including AngularJS jQuery HTML5 - Handon experience on RESTful APIs and microservice architecture.
- Handon experience on common relational database such as Oracle POSTGRESQL MSSQL etc.
- Proven record in version control systems like Git software development methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall) and familiarity with tools such as JIRA Confluence or similar project management software is preferred.
- Fluent in Cantonese good command of written English
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with a strong work ethic
- Have good problemsolving analytical and interpersonal skills
- Candidates with less experience would be considered as System Analyst
