Job Description
As the VP of Community youll lead nurture and grow our community of creators fostering meaningful relationships and empowering members to achieve their full potential. Youll design and implement strategies to deepen engagement and advocacy within Wix Studios creative professional network while leading and managing a team to support these efforts.
In your daytoday you will:
Develop and execute strategies to engage support and grow our community of professionals
Create opportunities for active participation and knowledgesharing within the community
Act as the voice of the community within Wix Studio and advocate for their needs and feedback
Plan and oversee communityfocused content workshops webinars and events
Build strong relationships with key community leaders influencers and partners
Work closely with product marketing and support teams to relay insights from the community and shape product improvements and new features
Lead and mentor a team ensuring alignment with community goals and business objectives
Track key community metrics and analyze data to inform strategy and demonstrate growth
Qualifications :
Proven experience leading and managing online communities with significant experience managing a community of designersthis is a must
Strong leadership and team management experience with a track record of developing highperforming teams.
Deep understanding of digital creation toolsexperience with Wix Studio or similar platforms is a strong plus.
Passion for communitybuilding user engagement and helping others succeed.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Experience organizing both virtual and inperson events to bring the community together.
Strong knowledge of social media forums and digital platforms for community growth and engagement.
A content creator mindsetwhether through social media blogging video or other formats.
Deep familiarity with web trends and digital spaces where designers collaborate and share knowledge.
