Job Description
As a technical writer youll be responsible for writing API CLI and technical feature documentation for developers building on the Wix platformwhether theyre creating apps for the Wix app market customizing Wix sites with code or developing headless sites and apps. In your day to day youll:
Collaborate closely with Wix engineers while testing and documenting new dev features
Review API design refine API naming and write detailed API reference documentation
Write tutorials procedures and readmes providing developers with endtoend guides on how to build on Wix
Edit CLI and error messages ensuring a consistent developer experience
Qualifications :
Degree in computer science or related field
1 year of development experience preferably in web development
1 year of writing experience such as technical writing knowledge base writing or blog writing
Independent learner capable of understanding and documenting complex technical features with minimal input from subject matter experts
Selfmotivated and resultdriven writer with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to work in a dynamic rapidly changing development environment
Excellent communicator with strong proficiency in both spoken and written English
