Job Description
- Develop write and maintain highquality technical documentation including user guides API documentation white papers and technical blogs.
- Collaborate with engineers product managers and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure the accuracy and completeness of documentation.
- Translate complex technical concepts into easytounderstand content tailored for diverse audiences including developers IT professionals and endusers.
- Create and update diagrams tutorials and other visual aids to enhance the understanding of technical content.
- Review and edit existing documentation to ensure consistency clarity and accuracy.
- Type of documentation expected to be written: Interaction diagram Highlevel architecture diagrams AWS services with enduser access permissions Sequence diagrams.
Qualifications :
Musthave:
- Ability to contribute to technical docs in GitHub
- Handson experience on Visio / draw
- Microsoft 365 utilities for flowcharts.
- Atlassian tools: Confluence and Jira
- AWS DevOps Cloud Formation
- Good in generating documentation around modules services code architectures etc.
Nicetohave:
- AWS services IaC DevOps CI/CD toolchain
