Sr. Lead Business Systems Analyst
Ecolab is providing an exciting opportunity to join our Ecolab Digital team as a Sr. Lead Business Systems Analyst. This role will focus on digital platforms to enable & support our Industrial Sales & Service organization globally. In this agile environment the Sr. Lead Business Systems Analyst will work closely with business stakeholders and development teams to oversee solutions to ensure best practices are being followed assist in and review business requirements work with multiple teams to help determine innovative solutions as well as platform configuration oversee data management. Platforms include but is not limited to the Microsoft suite of tools including Dynamics 365 Power Apps Power BI SharePoint.
Main Responsibilities:
Partner with global team & business partners to provide innovative/creative solutions to enable business requirements
Gathers & documents business and functional requirements from business stakeholders
Manages and communicates across multiple levels of businesses
Participates in prioritization and scope for release management
Lead analysis of business process for Industrial business units
Ensure business alignment between Industrial businesses on CRM platform
Complex CRM configuration & workflows
Experience implementing packaged software
Act as Scrum Master as needed on prioritized business efforts
Assist and/or lead coordination of testing cycles
Data analysis and design within Sales and Service digital tools and integrations
Works with subject master experts to ensure proper workflows
Manages users roles profiles groups sharing rules and other setup options
Collaborates with developers to determine options to meet business requirements
Troubleshoots and resolves issues in a timely fashion
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree
5 years of professional work experience
3 years of experience with requirements management
2 years of handson experience in or supporting Sales & Service organizations
3 years of experience with Dynamics 365 (Sales Field Service Marketing modules)
1 years of experience with the Microsoft Power Platform technology stack
1 years of experience with Agile Methodology
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven ability to understand business needs build strategic partnerships and document and implement software solutions
Experience working with platforms that support Sales & Service organizations
Experience working with D365 Field Service mobile solution and resource optimization solution
Strong understanding of basic CRM foundations system integration including data cleansing loading and integrations.
Experience managing relationships with 3rd party vendors and teams.
Able to successfully manage core responsibilities independently or with limited oversight
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organization skills
Ability to maintain critical thinking while balancing multiple tasks
Must have experience working on multiple projects and meeting project objectives in a timely manner
Ability to work well within a team focusing on building relationships with all project stakeholders.
Proven ability of learning new skills technologies and passionate about conveying knowledge
Solid understanding of the strategic and commercial drivers for CRM projects
