Job Description

Our client a world leader in diagnostics and life sciences is looking for "Sr. Business Systems Analyst (SAP)" to be based in Branchburg NJ.

Job Duration: Long Term Contract (Possibility Of Extension)

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business processes in the manufacturing quality and maintenance domains coupled with strong expertise in SAP user support and training.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide handson support for endusers across manufacturing quality and plant maintenance functions. Resolve issues answer questions and assist users in troubleshooting SAPrelated problems in daily operations.

Lead change management activities related to SAP implementations and enhancements. Assess impact develop change strategies and ensure smooth adoption of new SAP processes and features.

Analyzes complex business processes data and stakeholder needs to determine optimal means of meeting those needs.

Conducts analysis design evaluation modification testing and implementation of enterprise business systems.

Qualifications:

7 years of experience in business analysis with at least 3 years in a lead or senior role supporting SAP users particularly in manufacturing quality and plant maintenance domains.

Experience in user support change management training and validation for SAP applications.

Strong understanding of SAP modules related to Manufacturing (PP) Quality (QM) and Plant Maintenance (PM).

Familiarity with SAP user roles authorizations and processes specific to manufacturing and maintenance operations.

Experience working in regulated environments particularly in industries such as pharmaceuticals is preferred.

Knowledge of Agile methodologies or experience working in Agile project teams.
