Job Description
Your role as Commercial Analyst
- Support the Commercial Lead on commercial and growth analysis planning and reporting.
- Support Commercial Food & Drink Managers to Improve performance in respective areas and Input into menu process where necessary.
- Promotional analysis and review to improve future planning & performance.
- Work with the Integrated Marketing team to drive wide understanding of reporting options and selfservice tools and capability.
- Improve understanding of data and reporting across the team to drive commercial performance understand and deliver learning experiences across the whole Marketing Team.
What youll bring
- Experience with data visualisation tools and demonstrate storytelling ability with data.
- Commercially aware and able to integrate brands agenda into thinking.
- Proficient at Excel.
- Experience in working with insights data/teams/agencies and being able to understand and extract relevant findings to help build and explain the commercial overview.
- Demonstrable experience in analysing and measuring marketing campaigns e.g. organic/paid search PPC display social.
- Excellent stakeholder management able to build relationships with teams & colleagues across the business to develop a datainformed culture across our ways of working
- Understanding of the hospitality industry is a bonus with a clear understanding of the marketing customer journey
