Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • Ensure Compliance You will support the of the monthly payroll process while ensuring full compliance with labor and fiscal regulations as well as internal policies and procedures. 
  • Assuring Accuracy You will perform all necessary actions for precise and timely salary calculations including timesheet validation holiday and sick leave registration and processing of bonuses and benefits. 
  • Maintain Data Integrity You will update and ensure all employeerelated changes are performed correctly and in a timely manner within relevant systems. 
  • Manage Employment Lifecycle You will oversee personnel administration processes including hiring activities contract modifications and terminations. 
  • Legal Compliance You will ensure that all allocated personnel files are complete and up to date in accordance with legal requirements. 
  • Ensuring Confidentiality You will handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism. 

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Payroll. 
  • Certification as an Inspector / Human Resources Specialist. 
  • Strong understanding of human resources and labor legislation.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processing. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  •  Spoken and written fluency in English
