Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Ensure Compliance You will support the of the monthly payroll process while ensuring full compliance with labor and fiscal regulations as well as internal policies and procedures.
- Assuring Accuracy You will perform all necessary actions for precise and timely salary calculations including timesheet validation holiday and sick leave registration and processing of bonuses and benefits.
- Maintain Data Integrity You will update and ensure all employeerelated changes are performed correctly and in a timely manner within relevant systems.
- Manage Employment Lifecycle You will oversee personnel administration processes including hiring activities contract modifications and terminations.
- Legal Compliance You will ensure that all allocated personnel files are complete and up to date in accordance with legal requirements.
- Ensuring Confidentiality You will handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Payroll.
- Certification as an Inspector / Human Resources Specialist.
- Strong understanding of human resources and labor legislation.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processing.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Spoken and written fluency in English
