- Virtualized Environment Management: Administer and maintain Windows Server environments 2016 and newer) with a focus on performance high availability and virtualization using HyperV and Microsoft Clustering.
- Automation and Scripting: Develop and execute PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- System Maintenance and Compliance: Perform upgrades patches and improvements ensuring systems adhere to ITIL standards and comply with organizational policies.
- Issue Resolution: Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues taking proactive measures to minimize downtime and ensure seamless user experiences.
- Collaboration and Security: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to maintain system integrity and security providing technical expertise for projects and ongoing operations.
- Ticket Management: Handle and resolve technical support tickets prioritizing tasks to meet SLAs and maintain system reliability.
Qualifications :
- At least 3 years of experience in a virtualized Windows Server environment or comparable qualifications.
- Advanced in Windows Server 2016 and newer versions with good knowledge of HyperV and clustering.
- Good PowerShell scripting skills and experience in automation.
- Familiarity with system management tools and ITILbased process management.
- Selfmotivated independent and responsible with a confident and assertive approach to problemsolving.
- Fluent in German and English with excellent communication skills.
