We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Polish Commercial team as an Associate Retail Activation & Development Manager.
Based in our Warsaw office this role provides the opportunity to take ownership of key retail partnerships and drive impactful licensing and retail initiatives in the Polish market.
As part of this role youll be at the center of connecting teams retailers and licensing partners ensuring seamless collaboration and successful delivery of retail activations aligned with Mattels growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Retail Strategy : Take ownership of retail calendars activations and campaigns for Mattels portfolio ensuring alignment with market needs and franchise priorities.
- Build Strong Retail Relationships: Develop and maintain meaningful connections with retail partners serving as a key contact for daytoday business needs and longterm collaboration.
- Manage Licensing Initiatives: Oversee the implementation of retail licensing programs ensuring alignment with marketing and franchise strategies.
- Coordinate Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal teams including Sales Marketing and Consumer Products to align strategies and deliver cohesive retail solutions.
- Retail Program Ownership: Lead retail plans including presentations to retail partners tracking activation progress and ensuring programs are delivered on time and within scope.
- Joint Business Planning: Develop and manage detailed joint business plans with top retail partners focusing on calendar activations key campaigns and franchise growth opportunities.
- Represent Mattel at Industry Events: Be a key representative at trade events and presentations showcasing Mattels brand portfolio to retail and licensing partners.
