Our client is a leading FMCG company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Develop & implement international market operations strategy
Formulate and implement a comprehensive operations strategy to enhance supply chain efficiency logistics warehousing and fulfillment while ensuring cost optimization and legal compliance.
Expand and optimize warehousing networks distribution centers and logistics partnerships. Collaborate with global shipping providers (DHL FedEx UPS 3PLs... to streamline delivery processes.
Supervise import/export and customs operations to ensure seamless transactions and adherence to international trade laws.
Improve inventory management by forecasting demand and reducing stock imbalances.
Work crossfunctionally with key departments to synchronize business and operational objectives.
Expand & Strengthen International Presence
Identify and evaluate new market expansion opportunities by analyzing consumer behavior and demand trends.
Oversee operations of international branches distribution partners and online sales channels (Amazon Shopee Global Alibaba eBay TikTok Shop....
Collaborate with global Sales & Marketing teams to refine market entry strategies pricing models and customer engagement policies.
Continuously assess market performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
Financial Oversight & Operational Excellence
Develop and manage operational budgets while optimizing costs related to logistics warehousing and workforce.
Design sustainable financial models for various markets mitigating risks associated with currency fluctuations and tariffs.
Leverage automation AI and Big Data to drive operational improvements and efficiency.
Build & Lead a HighPerforming Global Operations Team
Recruit train and develop a robust operations team across multiple international markets.
Implement performance measurement systems to track and enhance the efficiency of global teams.
Requirements
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics International Business or Business Administration.
At least 5 years of experience managing international operations logistics supply chain or business expansion; previous experience in managing multicultural teams.
Handson expertise in managing ecommerce logistics on global platforms (Amazon Shopee Global Alibaba TikTok Shop....
Strong background in working with international shipping providers fulfillment centers and suppliers.
Proficient in contract negotiations and international business partnerships.
Strategic thinker with experience in handling largescale crossborder operations.
Deep understanding of global taxation customs procedures and trade regulations.
Dataoriented mindset with the ability to apply technology for process enhancement.
Fluent in English.
