Our client a leading company in the FastMoving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector seeks experienced Procurement Specialists to join the procurement team. The ideal candidates will have experience in procuring civil works construction materials equipment or spare parts and a solid educational background in Supply Chain Purchasing Logistics Engineering Construction or Civil Works. Responsibilities
- Manage procurement processes for construction and equipmentrelated projects ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers negotiate contracts and drive costefficiency initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify and onboard new suppliers enhancing the supply chain s competitiveness.
- Analyze procurement data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for cost savings.
- Ensure the timely delivery of materials and adherence to procurement standards and best practices.
- Support and mentor junior team members fostering their professional development and skill enhancement.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Purchasing Logistics Engineering Construction Civil Works or a related field.
- 2 5 years of procurement experience in civil works construction materials equipment or spare parts.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills with a proven record of accomplishment of achieving cost savings.
- Proficiency in English both written and verbal with effective communication skills.
- Advanced Excel skills including experience with pivot tables macros and data analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under tight deadlines.
