Job Description

We are seeking an Organisational Change Consultant to execute the IT & Automation Organisational Change Management (OCM) strategy for crossfunctional OCM initiatives. The role involves driving engagement communication and visibility for key initiatives sponsored by the IT & Automation leadership team ensuring smooth adoption and stakeholder alignment.

This position requires strong stakeholder management communication skills and the ability to independently manage and execute OCM initiatives while ensuring continuous improvement in and collaboration within the FFEx IT & Automation PMO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute the IT & Automation OCM strategy for crossfunctional initiatives.
  • Deliver OCM communication and engagement on key leadershipsponsored initiatives such as Technical Onboarding.
  • Collaborate closely with the PMO OCM lead subject matter experts and other OCM partners to drive visibility and engagement activities.
  • Independently manage OCM initiatives including the creation of PowerPoint presentations storytelling strategies and communication assets.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance and collaboration within the FFEx IT & Automation PMO.

Qualifications :

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience executing OCM strategies for crossfunctional initiatives.
  • Strong ability to deliver communication and engagement plans for leadershipsponsored projects.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and collaboration within a structured PMO environment.
  • Ability to independently drive OCM initiatives including presentation development storytelling and content creation.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint communication tools and engagement platforms.
  • Experience in continuous improvement methodologies to enhance team and collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in IT & Automation or working in a PMO environment.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and change management frameworks.
  • Strong background in internal communications employee engagement or training programs.
