Job Description
Job Title: SpeechLanguage Pathologist
Facility: Providence St. Mary Medical Center
Address: 18300 CA18 Apple Valley CA 92307 United States
Contract: 20 weeks
Shift: 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $70/hr on W2
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
We are seeking a skilled SpeechLanguage Pathologist (SLP) to join Providence St. Mary Medical Center for a 20week contract. The ideal candidate will assess diagnose and treat patients with speech language voice and swallowing disorders in a clinical setting.
Responsibilities:- Evaluate and diagnose speech language cognitivecommunication and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Collaborate with physicians therapists and healthcare teams to optimize patient care.
- Educate patients and families on communication strategies and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with facility policies.
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and contribute to patient care planning.
- Active California SLP license.
- Minimum 3 years experience.
