Sphirea Plus is seeking a motivated and detailoriented Marketing and Sales Coordinator to support and drive our business development efforts. This role is responsible for coordinating marketing initiatives assisting with sales strategies and ensuring seamless of projects to enhance brand awareness and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to support sales objectives
- Assist in creating promotional materials and coordinating marketing campaigns
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs
- Support sales team with lead generation client outreach and followups
- Analyze sales and marketing data to track performance and recommend improvements
- Coordinate events trade shows and product presentations
- Maintain relationships with clients partners and internal teams to ensure alignment with business goals
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure brand consistency and effectiveness
Qualifications :
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field
- 2 years of experience in marketing and sales coordination or a similar role
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools
- Experience with CRM software is a plus
