Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee IT Infrastructure: Manage and maintain FPCs IT infrastructure including networks servers storage solutions hardware and software applications ensuring systems are optimized for performance and security.
Cybersecurity Leadership: Implement and monitor cybersecurity best practices ensuring robust protection against threats and continuously improve IT security posture through proactive measures.
Technical Helpdesk & Support: Provide handson highlevel technical support to staff resolving IT issues efficiently while offering guidance on troubleshooting complex problems especially in cloudbased systems (Google Workspace JumpCloud).
Lead IT Projects & Integrations: Lead and manage key IT projects including system upgrades cloud migrations (specifically to Google Workspace) AIbased solutions and process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Manage IT Vendors & Service Providers: Oversee relationships with thirdparty IT service providers and suppliers ensuring quality of service compliance and optimal performance of all external systems and integrations.
Policy & Compliance Management: Maintain IT policies procedures and documentation to ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry best practices. Lead the ongoing effort to achieve and maintain regulatory compliance (e.g. GDPR CCPA).
Develop IT Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with FPCs business objectives ensuring continuous improvement and adoption of new technologies including cloud tools automation and AIdriven innovations.
Training & Upskilling: Provide ongoing training for staff on IT systems security best practices and the effective use of Google Workspace and JumpCloud empowering employees to leverage technology effectively while maintaining security standards.
AI Integration: Collaborate with internal teams to explore and implement AIdriven tools and processes that enhance productivity decisionmaking and customer experience.
Qualifications :
- Cloud Platforms: Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs Sheets Gmail Drive etc. and JumpCloud for directory management identity and access control.
- Networking & Servers: Indepth knowledge of networking protocols server configurations and troubleshooting techniques.
- Cybersecurity: Expertise in cybersecurity tools and best practices including endpoint protection firewalls and vulnerability management.
- AI & Automation: Familiarity with AI tools and solutions to automate tasks and drive innovation across IT and business operations.
