Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead medium to largescale projects primarily focusing on product or enhancement implementations.
- Manage and oversee a shared resource group (QA/Dev/BA) to ensure proper allocation of resources across multiple initiatives based on business priorities.
- Develop and maintain project plans including objectives timelines funding and staffing needs.
- Set and track project milestones proactively managing risks issues and potential delays.
- Establish and implement project communication plans ensuring clear and timely updates to stakeholders.
- Optimize the use of company tools and processes to enhance project execution.
- Provide escalation management and leadership updates as needed.
- Analyze trends track key project metrics and prepare status reports.
- Work within established procedures requiring judgment and decisionmaking in semiroutine situations.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 4 6 years of experience in IT project management with a strong technical background.
- Experience managing crossfunctional teams in a shared resource group.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance competing priorities across multiple projects.
- Excellent problemsolving abilities and decisionmaking skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies software development lifecycles and ITSM processes.
- Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
