Job Description
- Autonomously manage the endtoend process for the launch of new commercial card tools and features with a focus on integrating and enhancing digital instruments .
- Lead the development and enhancement of digital tools and features for commercial card products ensuring they meet the needs of our customers.
- Lead API and file transmissions discovery
- Develop a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
- Execute on the product roadmap & customer facing developments
- Manage discovery efforts to uncover solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
- Own and prioritize the product backlog to support strategic enhancements
- Lead crossfunctional sprint teams including software engineers UX designers and developers.
- Build the framework and tracks the products key success metrics
- Act as a change agent by challenging legacy processes educating team members on the benefits of commercial cards and driving the advancement of card adoption.
Qualifications :
Skills/Qualifications required:
- 2 years of experience in commercial card space with a focus on commercial card products and digital tools.
- Understanding of Standard Operating Procedures for commercial card products.
- Strong understanding of digital tools technologies and trends. Experience with product development methodologies and tools such as Agile Jira etc.
- Strong communication skills adept at explaining technical terms to nontechnical individuals.
- Intermediate Excel skills with strong attention to detail in data and spreadsheets.
- Proven ability to lead and collaborate effectively in team environments.
- Midlevel expertise in commercial business card product management.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage projects endtoend.
- Strong strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities.
- Experience leading crossfunctional teams and managing product roadmaps.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Additional Information :
This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
The starting pay range for this role is $65/ph $70/ph. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience skills certifications training and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance.
