Job Description

In this role youll work effectively within a team demonstrate outstanding interpersonal and collaboration skills. USER EXPERIENCE
Youll conduct user research to understand user needs pain points and behaviours. Youll also create user journey maps and service blueprints to visualize the endtoend user experience as well facilitate cocreation workshops with stakeholders to generate innovative ideas and solutions. Last but not least youll develop prototypes (supported by our engineering team) and conduct usability testing to refine service designs.
PRODUCT OWNERSHIP
Youll take on endtoend ownership for initiatives from the initial concept through to rollout. Youll also conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform build or buy decisions. Supporting the service owner in prioritizing initiatives based on business value youll handle user demands and technical feasibility. Finally youll contribute to the product backlog including writing comprehensive user stories and acceptance criteria.
Qualifications :
Proven practical experience as UX Designer (preferable for cloudbased services)
Experience in domain driven design (DDD) principles and applying its methods and tools
Degree in design or media technology with several years of relevant experience
Fluent in English German is a plus
Experience in design thinking requirement engineering and its methods to bridge the gap between business and our technology department
Understanding of Product Ownership and how to improve services
Communicative team player with an analytical mindset willing to take responsibility and drive topics
(Optional) Understanding of software engineering to drive the design and implementation of solutions with development teams following agile methodologies throughout the entire lifecycle
Additional Information :
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position which is 2446 gross per month. However our attractive compensation package is based on marketoriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
