Job Description
Weatherford is seeking an experienced Electromechanical professional to join our team in the Oil & Energy industry. In this role you will be responsible for planning coordinating and organizing work activities and resources necessary for manufacturing products following cost quality and quantity specifications. You will ensure that all customer orders meet requirements delivery dates as well as quality and cost specifications while enforcing procedures and requirements in line with Weatherfords policies and prioritizing the safety and performance of all employees.
Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical assembly of low complexity following established procedures. Know and understand Weatherfords Enterprise Excellence Process and the Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions
- Assemble equipment per engineered drawings or as instructed by others
- Inspect completed components for accuracy and functionality
- Maintain an orderly work area
- Properly maintain companysupplied tooling
- Aid in developing new procedures and improving existing procedures
- Performs any assemblytype functions using hand or power tools
- May operate both stationery and moving overhead cranes
- Operates any equipment needed to perform the job
Qualifications :
- Maintain the highest standards of corporate governance ensuring all activities are carried out ethically and in compliance with Weatherfords Security Compliance & HSE policies Management System relevant laws regulations standards and industry practices

- Demonstrate effective safety leadership for the health and safety arrangements of all team members and visitors on company premises.
- Mechanical aptitude
- Good verbal communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions short correspondence and memos in English
- Must be able to read blueprints
- 12 years of prior assembly or manufacturing experience is required.
