Kimtron a growing Oxford CT based manufacturer is looking for an exceptional individual to join our team as an electromechanical assembler / technician.Our company enjoys a reputation as the only USbased manufacturer of world class ultrahighquality highpower xray equipment for demanding applications such as Aerospace Advanced Scientific Research Homeland Security and Cannabis purification.The candidate must possess superior interpersonal and communication skills professional maturity positive work ethic and attitude selfmotivation and the desire to grow within the organization. Minimum twoyear degree some electromechanical assembly experience and above average mechanical aptitude & manual dexterity required. Candidate may be required to submit to random drug testing and must be willing to work in a nonsmoking environment and surrounding area.Duties and responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:Working knowledge of all jobrelated hand toolsWorking knowledge of common power toolsAbility to assemble back panels from an electrical printAbility to fabricate wire harnesses from an electrical printAbility to assemble fittings pipes & hoses for fluidcircuit applicationsAbility to solder (& solderball) for high voltage applicationsGood work habits with a cleanasyougo approachAbility to lift a minimum of 30 pounds to ones waistExperience working in an IS0 9001 environmentExperience working in a sixsigma environment preferred
