We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cluster Director Food & Beverage to join our prestigious hospitality group in the beautiful resort destination of Sharm ElSheikh Egypt. This key leadership role will oversee the food and beverage operations across multiple properties ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our discerning guests.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance food and beverage offerings across all properties in the cluster
- Drive revenue growth and profitability through innovative menu development pricing strategies and cost control measures
- Ensure consistent delivery of highquality cuisine and exceptional service standards across all dining outlets
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of F&B professionals fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with property General Managers to align F&B operations with overall hotel strategies
- Oversee budget planning financial forecasting and performance analysis for all F&B outlets
- Establish and maintain relationships with key vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and costeffectiveness
- Stay abreast of global culinary trends and incorporate relevant innovations into our F&B concepts
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to continuously improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in food and beverage management with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record in multiunit or cluster management within luxury hospitality or resort settings
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting forecasting and P&L management
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate large teams across multiple properties
- Indepth knowledge of food and beverage trends international cuisine and innovative dining concepts
- Proficiency in hospitality management software and pointofsale systems
- Advanced food safety certification
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests team members and stakeholders at all levels
- Familiarity with Middle Eastern hospitality standards and practices
- Ability to work in a fastpaced multicultural environment
- Willingness to relocate to Sharm ElSheikh Egypt
