About your tasks:
Sales & Business Development: Identify acquire and manage marketplace sellers as new Retail Media clients driving advertising revenue.
Key Account Management: Establish and nurture longterm relationships with key marketplace sellers and agencies to maximize their investment in our Retail Media solutions.
Agency Partnership Growth: Develop and execute a strategy to engage media agencies positioning Redcare Pharmacy as a key partner for datadriven advertising solutions and fullfunnel media campaigns.
Strategic Advisory: Consult clients on Retail Media opportunities providing datadriven insights and best practices to optimize their advertising performance.
Revenue & Performance Optimization: Drive sales performance by developing tailored proposals negotiating contracts and managing campaign success.
Market Insights & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends competitor activities and customer needs to continuously enhance our Retail Media offerings.
Qualifications :
About you:
Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in Retail Media Digital Advertising or Programmatic Advertising with a successful track record in sales and key account management.
Sales & Negotiation Skills: Ability to proactively engage clients understand their needs and deliver customized advertising solutions.
Business Acumen: A strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset capable of identifying new opportunities and driving business growth.
Relationship Builder: Excellent networking and relationshipbuilding skills with the ability to establish trust with marketplace sellers and agencies.
Market Knowledge: Familiarity with digital advertising trends agency landscapes and eCommerce/marketplace dynamics.
Language Skills: Fluent in Italian and English.
SelfStarter: Ability to work independently in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
