Key Responsibilities:
- Monthly Management Accounts: Oversee and prepare accurate financial management accounts for two primary entities.
- Secretarial Compliance: Ensure adherence to CIPC regulations and maintain compliance checklists.
- SARS Compliance: Manage VAT PAYE provisional tax and income tax filings and payments.
- HR Responsibilities: Take charge of HR functions including payroll and employee relations.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare and manage budgets and financial forecasts.
- Financing Arrangements: Secure financing through financial institutions to support business operations.
- Pressure Management: Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize highimportance tasks.
- Operational Link: Serve as the liaison between the finance department and operational units.
- Financial Systems: Contribute to the upkeep and enhancement of accounting systems and processes to improve efficiency accuracy and internal controls.
Requirements
- Proficiency with Xero is highly advantageous.
- BCom finance degree associated with SAIPA or CIMA
- 13 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven track record of leadership and managing teams
