Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and report on the financial performance of the development division.
Configure Sage 200 Evolution to ensure effective accounting systems and procedures.
Prepare financial statements budgets and forecasts.
Conducted financial analysis and provided insights to support decisionmaking.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Monitor and manage cash flow accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Collaborate with project managers to track project costs and profitability.
Assist in the preparation of tax returns and audits.
Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting.
Professional accounting qualification (e.g. SAIPA CIMA) is preferred.
Proven experience as an Accountant preferably in the Construction industry.
Proficiency in Sage 200 Evolution.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education
