Job Description
- Captured daily cashbook transactions ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Reconciled business partner accounts resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Processed invoices and payments maintaining meticulous records and ensuring timely vendor payments.
- Managed monthly creditor reconciliations identifying and resolving issues to ensure accuracy.
- Prepared bank reconciliations verifying the alignment of company records with bank statements.
- Streamlined petty cash management process implementing checks and balances.
- Assisted in the preparation of monthly financial statements providing support for management reporting.
Requirements
Min 3 year accounting or bookkeeping experience
Degree in Accounting (Partially or completed) or National Diploma in Accounting with Relevant industry experience.
Solid employment history
Analytical mindset
Eagerness to grow within the Finance Profession
Proficient in Microsoft Excel Outlook and Word
Proficient in Erply and Erply Books (Bonus)
