Responsibilities:
Oversees the operations of a spa administrative and floor management and manages the various employees
Creating employee schedules reviewing budgets overseeing marketing plans and ensuring spa menus are current plus recruitment of staff
Requirements
Educational Background: Minimum of OND qualification
Professional Experience: A candidate with significant experience in spa management who is mature professional and capable of overseeing both staff and daily operations. The ideal candidate will be proficient in stock management handling an Android phone generating reports and demonstrating excellent time management. Strong communication and technical skills (ability to use point of sale systems MS Word and email management) are essential. Additionally knowledge of HMO processing budget management recruitment and staff management is required. Knowledge of excel is a plus.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to make/take valid and reasonable decisions and actions. Especially pertaining to the line of work.
Must be resourceful within her profession and industry.
