Job Description

Do you have a strong understanding of hydrocarbonbased additives products and their behavior in refinery process unit cooling towers Were looking for a Product Applications Expert who can navigate the challenges of solving refinery process issues measuring and testing waterinhydrocarbon systems which are more complex than traditional waterbased systems. Your expertise will be crucial in supporting our HPI Antifoulant product line.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide process or hydrocarbon process industry technical support to the commercial sales team and develop improvement plans
  • Collaborate with Product Management IT and Training teams to drive longterm strategy and sustainability
  • Understand customer concerns around process unit phase separation fouling and corrosion issues develop corrective action plans and communicate with the commercial team
  • Gather industry intelligence and market trends to inform business development
  • Make technical presentations to customers and develop engineering and installation work scopes.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Chemical or Petroleum Chemical Engineering is preferred.
  • 10 years of experience in refinery process chemical treatment sales and service or combined experience in process chemical sales with refinery process engineering.
  • Strong problemsolving skills customer focus and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 30 of the time.
