WHAT YOULL DO

As an Internal Communications Lead for the MXCOEC Sales Market in the Communications function you collaborate with all levels within the organization to create edit and distribute communication to the staff across Region Americas. You create compelling content that brings the brand to life while arming the business with important timely information and tools. You also work to adapt and cascade global news to inform and inspire local colleagues. You act as a brand ambassador on all internal communication platforms and serve as primary resource for communication and tools supporting stores.
 

This hybrid role reports into our Regional Internal Communications Manager and is based out of Mexico City MX

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for people with

• Support Internal Communications Manager in developing and executing the internal communication strategic plan
• Oversee production and distribution of employeefacing content and messaging including weekly newsletters Shopinfo and policy announcements ensuring branding and tone of voice is consistent and adheres to global guidelines
• Assist with of internal events townhalls and video content for key brand moments 
• Analyze and improve storelevel communications
• Serve as an internal communications resource to functions to strategize tactics based on desired goals and audiences improving content effectiveness
• Identify and liaise with external vendors on content development and event production
• Partner with crossfunctional teams to create communication plans for strategic initiatives and events
• Build strong internal network to ensure you are tapped into the latest happenings across the business and can amplify timely brand news 
• Create content calendar to ensure communications are optimized based on overall business needs and priorities
• Develop creative ways to drive colleague engagement including staff giveaways FIKAs and access to special events
• May perform other activities related to the position

• An academic degree in a relevant field or a combination of education and experience 
• 57 years experience working in internal communications corporate communications or PR
• Exceptional writing editing and strategic planning skills
• Strategic thinker who is comfortable with all levels of stakeholders 
• Confident in presentation and advisory skills
• Attention to detail with strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments at once
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to weigh competing priorities and resolve conflicting points of view 
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Spanish
• Proven criticalthinking and analysis skills and ability to use data to develop insights and strategies
• Ability to collaborate with and support business leaders employees and executive leadership 
• Passion for employee experience and translating complex concepts into simple comprehensive engaging stories
• Strong professional maturity and the ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information
• Inclusive positive open to feedback willing to multitask and learn on the job
