Job Description

36 month Contract position

This role is looking for an experienced Tech recruiter within the UK&I that understands how consultancies like Version 1 works.  
 
Direct candidate recruitment and role fulfilment 

  • Understand current role requirements in Digital Data and Cloud business units and attract and recruit appropriate candidates. 

  • Advise on best approach to find top talent in the market whilst providing first hand experience of tech recruitment market across the UK&I. 

  • Identify passive candidates who are a good fit for Version 1 and work with stakeholders to attract and recruit them. 

  • Manage an excellent candidate journey throughout the process. 

  • Report on your weekly stats to the Talent Acquisition Manager. 


Qualifications :

You will have the ability to:

  • Independently manage and run the endtoend recruitment lifecycle from Recruitment kick off to onboarding.
  • Manage kick off calls with stakeholders to fully understand the roles develop screening questions and advise on recruitment strategy
  • Use LinkedIn Recruiter Hackajob and other platforms to identify and attract talent CV sift and phone screen all relevant inbound and headhunted candidates for vacancies within your area Effectively manage candidate journeys from start to conclusion.
  • Represent the Version 1 brand positively including to unsuccessful candidates.
  • Continue to build and manage a candidate database. An excellent team player productively engaging with peers and stakeholders.
  • Be able to balance team and individual responsibilities effectively.
  • Exhibit objectivity and openness to other views.
